Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native who performed in The Muny Opera. She received her cumlaude degree from The University of Missouri Columbia with a degree in Communications and Theatre. After moving from Missouri to Los Angeles in 2004, she became involved in the theatre arts, including acting and conducting more than 20 musicals. The productions include The Little Foxes Brady Bunch : The Musical Peter Pan as part of the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly also began landing the roles in television and film, while continuing her improv studies at The Groundlings. Her unique voice and petite height has let her play a variety of bright characters. She was known to the public for taking on the character of the villainous Samara along with Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. But Kelly is more well-known for her bright and cheerful receptionist who worked at Two and a Half Men. Kelly played the part of an attorney and a social animal on TV The Land's The Exes as a series regular between the years of 2011 and. Kelly was also a regular as Alyssa's charming, smart sister on the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the stressed-out suburban mom in the CW show No Tomorrow. She is known for the soprano singing voice she has in numerous animations. This includes the cult show Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. In recent times, she was in the role of the charming but dimwitted Cloud 9 Employee on NBC's popular comedy Superstore. She has a peaceful private life, with her husband and two young kids. She enjoys sewing and volunteering at school activities.
